When our customer service representatives and dispatchers speak with you on the phone, we will give you a 2 hour time window when the hot water heater technician will arrive at your home. While we have you on the phone, we may want you to read your model and serial number from your existing water heater tank to ensure we are bringing a tank that will fit. If you can have this prior to your call, it will speed things up. Your hot water heater model and serial number are on the rating plate on your tank.
If you are not in an emergency situation, in most cases we can still perform your water heater installation the same day you contact us. If you are interested in a quote for a tankless hot water heater, then we may schedule a time in advance in order to ensure that a qualified tankless technician is available.
If your technician is not going to make his time window, either a customer service representative or the technician will call you to let you know they are running late.
All of our technicians are company employees, not sub-contractors. A technician should arrive at your home in uniform with a truck that is fully stocked with hot water heater supplies so that he can complete the job in one trip.
